/api/serviceproviders/{serviceproviderId}/options/{optionId}

Updates an option's settings for this specific service provider (creates a SubOption if none exists yet). Authentication: requires ROLE_MANUFACTURER_ADMIN. All body fields are optional — only fields actually provided are updated. External IDs update the ServiceProviderOption mapping.
