get product independent attributes

Returns the independent attributes of a product — the attributes whose options were registered as add-on options with a surcharge price (via the independent_options block on POST /api/products). The response is the same attribute structure as GET /api/products/{productId}/attributes, but filtered to only those attributes whose options have an IndependentOptionPrice for this product. Buyers select among these options in basket / order requests via products[].independent_options. Response is cached on the CDN for 1 hour (3600s).
